I revived this blog just to keep track of what I've been up to on the exercise front. There's lots of reasons for me to want to lose weight which I won't divulge here.
I haven't taken a look at the bathroom scales yet. Will take a look at it tomorrow.
I'm already on my second week of the "couch to 5k" plan using DJ Steve Boyett's Podrunner:Intervals mixes.
