Barely finished my second day. I'm still having trouble with the jump rope move because my calves keep freezing up. I need to drink more liquids. Water to be exact. I'm going to cut off most of my sugar intake by just taking water instead of the iced tea and softdrinks.
I raised my weights from 1 lb to about 3.3 lbs (1.5 kilos). I just felt that the 1 lb weights were too easy for me. Now the heavier weights make me feel the burn in my arms. I also added an exercise for my triceps, since the 30 day shred didn't seem to have any exercises for it. Following the video's lead, I did 30 seconds of tricep extensions per arm. The lower part of my arms don't feel that jiggly anymore.
I really have to do something about my calves to keep them from freezing up.
