I still can't complete several of the exercises: all the crunches, the jump rope move, the sideways lunge with the weights. The aches are all close to cramping and pain. But I still sweat like crazy. And it still leaves me quite weak.
I drank a lot of water today. Must be the heat. Or because I'm close to dehydration. Don't know really. I tried using the exercise ball to practice my crunches. It leaves me with this debilitating ache on my sides and at my back.
I'm beginning to think that I'm getting unusual pain because of bad form. Until I could correct my form, I don't think I'll be able to move on to Level 2 after ten days. Not when I still can't complete the Level 1 routines.
